Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase and feel confident shopping with us.

🌿 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, used feeding products (cups, bowls, bibs, etc.) cannot be returned unless defective.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
